Sentro Rizal announces the winners of RIZAL@160 TULARAWAN Digital Art Contest

On the 125th anniversary of Jose Rizal’s martyrdom that coincides with the 10th year anniversary of establishment of Sentro Rizal, the National Commission for Culture and the Arts, in partnership with its Sentro Rizal sites under the auspices of Philippine Foreign Service Posts of the Department of Foreign Affairs, is pleased to announce the following winners of Rizal@160 Tularawan Digital Art Contest for Overseas Filipinos, which ran from 19 June to 12 November 2021:
